That's a known issue but it needs to be reported to the Hitfilm section because this application is not developed by Vegas Creative Software.

Where do I exactly report this issue? I'd love to get this software working as adding text layers is huge part of the work I do in the software.

@Marco. It's working on my system. Must be a system problem, not an application problem, don't you think?

@Jack S
But who else other than the developer of the software could solve the issue?

Marco. wrote on 9/1/2020, 9:47 AM

"Where do I exactly report this issue?"

HitFilm support

They may tell you you'd need to report to the Magix support. Which is nonsense. Magix is not Vegas Creative Software. And Vegas Creative Software does not develope Vegas Image aka Hitfilm Imerge. Imerge/Vegas Image is developed by the Hitfilm crew and they are the only ones who could solve such an issue, imho.

@Marco. But who else other than the developer of the software could solve the issue? Agreed. I merely thought that a confirmation that other users (ie me) weren't having the same problem would be appropriate. But, I take your point.

Hold on a minute.

@Hanske By any chance, do you have a WACOM Tablet or have a driver installed for it?
