Vegas movie studio 13 never installs right no matter what version

I have been trying to JUST TRY OUT this software, and i have been getting nothing but a huge headache, and a huge sadness that i wasted my life just trying to install this ***, but i dont really have any other good choice (really regret leaving my imovie behind now) but i keep getting the error 2147163964 and in every single stupid forum i look in, never has a real idea that i havent already tried

and just as an fyi i am running windows 10 home 64bit

Have you done a "Search" (Words) 2147163964 on the archived SCS forum? http://forum-archive.magix.info/home

the installing movie studio 11 beforehand doesnt work becuase it doesnt get past the net 3.5 installion
