Hi, I bought a new computer so I re-installed the Vegas Movie Studio 15 Suite on the new computer but the serial number is not working. The Vegas Movie Studio 15 Suite was on my old computer but that old one is broken now.

Correct. As a Support form suggested answer says: "If you have the software installed on multiple machines, you can free up a slot again be using the product deactivation option in the "Help" menu of the program on the computer that you are no longer (or not currently) using it on.
This will then enable the installation on another computer to use this free slot.
