Hello, I purchased the upgrade for Movie Studio 14 to Movie Studio 16 & I forgot I already had an account (I thought I bought it as a guest before & didn’t remember using an account) & made a new account. Now when I start Movie Studio I get an Error code: -24. I can’t figure out how to resolve this issue & either eliminate one account or consolidate the accounts If anyone can please help I would appreciate it thank you.

After 2 hours of Googling I tried suggestions to register the product to the old email & I unregistered it from the old email, I got caught in a 2 hour loop trying to find a way to contact tech support, the error code tells me to contact Magix which I tried to do, Magix said I needed to buy a voucher for tech support, I couldn’t buy a voucher because the link puts you in another loop, I posted in their forum because the error code says to contact Magix & then was directed here. Please help, I just tried to update because I thought a project I have would benefit from the new features & now I’m stuck. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
