VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Suite start up

We have recently purchased Movie Studio 17, first time started and worked brilliantly, then closed the computer. Next day when we started it up is said we didn't have the right permissions and closed itself. The only way around this was to uninstall the software and reinstall it, then I have to register it and it opens ok. This is happening every time. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you, I have been checking all the posts out, so when it happens again tomorrow (which I'm sure it will) I'll have loads of things to try. Your time is appreciated. Will keep you updated.
