Vegas Pro 12 Video Media Generators Window Cut-off

Recently I got a new laptop, I reinstalled Sony Vegas and was about to get back into editing, when I saw problems such as these with windows being "cut off" http://i.imgur.com/AHVDSqA.png http://i.imgur.com/fUKKK8F.png I can't edit anything if I can't see what I want to customize within that effect. My specs are:

Intel Core i7-6500U

RAM: 16.0 GB

GPU: NVIDIA GEForce GTX 960M

Yes! This helped! However it only helped my Video Media Generator window. My properties window is still messed up if there are any solutions for this: http://i.imgur.com/cVIEGL0.png Thank you so much in advance!
