Vegas pro 14 no changes appear in preview window

In Vegas pro 14 after applying chroma keyer (before closing Video event FX window) no changes appear in preview window. However once I close Video Event FX window changes appear in preview window. How to fix it? Have the same program on my older pc and there it works.
