I am really happy to read this news.
I hope that all the issues we try to solve and creative suggestions we propose here in the forum make part of the improvement of Vegas Pro 15.

Thanks set. "...all the issues we try to solve and creative suggestions we propose here in the forum make part of the improvement of Vegas Pro 15" is a bit much to expect. Read the PO's recent sensible comment here. Quote: "We'll make as many improvements as we can following a logical and reasonable release schedule. Will we make it perfect in the next release? No, but we will make progress."

So I was about to "upgrade" my VegasPro v13 to v14. Should I wait for v15 or will it cost me a lot more?

Your Quote from gary-rebholz is in a way out of context as it was concerning specificaly GPU problem. Here is the original Quote : "We are aware of GPU problems. We'll make as many improvements as we can following a logical and reasonable release schedule. Will we make it perfect in the next release? No, but we will make progress". I think it make a little difference... even if I agree that all expectation are not going to be fullfill with Vegas Pro 15 😉.

After the near death experience Vegas had, I am extremely thankful that it was rescued and is having a second coming so to speak. Will upgrade even though 14 is really all I need.

jwe, strictly speaking you're right of course. For those who cannot be bothered to read the original comment, quote: "We are aware of many bugs. We'll fix as many as we can following a logical and reasonable release schedule and balancing their importance with the importance of implementing new features that users are also asking for. I hope that bugs that are most impacting you individually will be fixed, but I can't promise that for all users."

I'm glad I held out on upgrading - VP14 brought little to the table for me features wise - I'm hoping VP15 will provide the solutions I've wanted in replacing Premiere Pro CS6. Where do I send a feature request to MAGIX for Vegas Pro?
