Vegas pro 18 stops whenever I try to save a file

I record a voiceover, then I render as and it opens a window saying that vegas has stopped working.
Asking to send the information to Magix, which has already been sent.
I purchased vegas pro 18 two days ago and it now doesn't work.

What file type / preset are you using to render.. Try rendering it to a different folder.

Try "Delete all Cached Application Data" and resetting VP to the factory defaults. If that fails, try a repair reinstall or uninstall / reinstall.

The file is an audio that I just recorded. It does not give me the chance to select the type of file or format that I can save. As soon as I press Render, he puts in the information that vegas has stopped and is going to shut down. I have no chance to do anything else.

A new installation alone leaves the settings as they are.

Walter-I. Muito obrigado, mas já apaguei e instalei várias vezes e ele não responde. O vegas 17, funciona perfeitamente. Apenas 18 não funciona. Eu não sei o que fazer. Eu trabalhava em outra empresa com o Vegas 17 e tudo estava indo bem, então comprei serviços magix para minha empresa. But now I don't know what to do
