@RogerS i logged into my account i cant find any link for 20 installer.. i just see the subscribtions i have for vegas 19 and post

Download the installer for post- it should have the 20 program files.

@vkmast thank you i followed the links you added, so i'll have to download / install the trail vegas post 20 and then add my serial number and all will be activated right?

The 365 Post installer in your account wasn't updated?

Anyway try to get all the files- VP 20, deep learning, Effects, Image and Stream as you are entitled to them.

@RogerS seems at least in some accounts the 365 installer has not been updated re VP 20 (or even 19 as in my case). This may be a known problem.

I see, if it isn't updated that does seem like a problem for 365 subscribers! This really shouldn't be so hard.

This is what the VEGAS POST 20 trial offers:

@vkmast i entered the serial number but it says serial # is invalid or may apply to another product , please make sure you entered correctly or check whether you accidentally entered the serial number of another product..
should i uninstall vegas 19 first or what? did the same happen with you?

@vkmast @RogerS also all other apps got deactivated now and say dont have license.. i will uninstall everything and re install the VP19 again! thats very annoying..

I had tried on this device only after reading your experience and it did happen with me as well. Need to try asking Support (advice here).

@vkmast i uninstalled VP20 and got back to the previous package i subscribed to.. i will try after a month when things gets more stable.. things are not stable with magix, i even have my vegas stream not activated although other apps with post are activated, stream keeps asking for activation

If you need/want to deactivate the software, please see the two different options mentioned in the main FAQs:

9. How many computers can I use VEGAS Pro on?
You can use VEGAS Pro (14.0 and later) simultaneously on 2 devices. VEGAS Pro 365 can be used on 1 device at a time.

To deactivate a device, so you can activate a different one, visit your MAGIX account > My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate. This option can be used only once a month.

In VEGAS Pro 14.0 or later, you can also choose Deactivate the Software on this PC from the Help menu. This option can be used as often as you wish. An internet connection is required.

@vkmast i installed the products on one device.. only the stream keeps asking for activation.. i dont know whats the problem..
