Vegas Pro 21.0 Trial Registration

Hello,

Recently I registered my free trial version of Vegas Pro 21.0. It was said, that "You will receive your personal extension code immediately via email." after registration. Although, I didn't get any code in returning mail. What steps should I take to receive this code?
