VEGAS Pro 21 Build 300 Crashes

Harons wrote on 4/11/2024, 5:25 PM

Good afternoon, on April 10th I updated VEGAS Pro 21 to Build 300 "Steam License" During operation VEGAS freezes and crashes without any errors! Is it possible to switch back to the previous Build version? The program just closes every 10-30 minutes.

You may need to contact Steam or Magix about it.

I'm not sure Steam even provide serial numbers/activation numbers.

Looking at Vegas on Steam I can see all the updates in V21 Build that steam have offered. It is not clear at all how or if you can go backwards in Build once you have updated. I think that buying directly from Magix will always be the more flexible option where you are provided a P3 activation that is valid for all builds of the Vegas version purchased and you can easily obtain previous build for places like this forum.

You may need to contact Steam or Magix about it.

To write to tech support, I need a vegas license, which I only have in steam! That is, I can't handle tech support at all.

As you do not have a Magix licence, only a steam login to access Vegas you need to contact Steam.

Поскольку у вас нет лицензии Magix, для доступа в Вегас вам нужно всего лишь войти в Steam и связаться со Steam.

The fact is that steam support sends me back to the vegas creative software website! It turns out to be a vicious circle

Can't you create an account https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ without a license and write to support?
