If updating to the Suite perpetual licence, it wouldn't seem that there would be any difference as you'd still have Vegas Pro 22 that comes with either the Edit or Suite perpetual licences. However, if you wanting to update to the Suite's 365 subscription licence, then you'd really need to put your question to MAGIX at infoservice@magix.net for an official answer.

@LusCarlos-DiasPereira you need to start your own forum thread as your issue is not related to updating from Vegas Pro 22 Perpetual to Vegas Pro 22 Suite. Also, include some screenshots showing what you are seeing. For example, where does it say "Audio off"? But do it in a new forum topic.
