Vegas Pro won't let me purchase

it keeps saying my card details are incorrect I've double triple quadruple checked, they're correct. yes I do have the funds I wanted to get it while it was on sale which ends today but it looks as though I've likely missed it. I was attempting to purchase with Visa I am from New Zealand if that counts for anything.

On Vegas Pro's webpage, click on the 'globe' button at the top RH of the home page:

... and in the country list that opens, try United States or International as there may be geoblocking for purchases from New Zealand. I wouldn't suggest selecting Australia because any GST added will likely go to the Aust'n Tax Office rather than NZ's Inland Revenue Dept.
