I really need help. I can't activate my Vegas software and I'm totally stuck.
It seems that I registered the product with the wrong email address when I first purchased it, so the license doesn't appear in my current account and I can't complete the activation process.
I have already tried to contact official support several times, but unfortunately I have not received any response.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Or knows how to resolve activation issues caused by an incorrect registration email?
