Video looks fine in priview but when rendered it's a complete mess

So the following days i've been struggling whit editing a video, so basicly i got the source videos some sounds, music and pan/crop added in most of the source videos because when i was recording my task bar was visible.

What i did was disable the aspect ratio and corp the video so that there are no black bars and no task bar, the next problem was the lighting, the rendered version was way too dark, so i added in sony levels whit more gamma.

The start of the video plays fine, some text, music and a green screen in the background, after that comes the first clip, it plays just fine there was pan/crop sound effect after that the second clip dies because i added a text there and tilted it a little, the same whit the following clips, it's just ruined.

I am using Windows 10 pro. and Sony Vegas Pro 12

I have 12 GB ram and a GTX 750 video card (brand new)
