Video preview window right click.menu doesn't come up

I want to capture a single frame in Vegas Movie Studio suite 16. Help documentation indicates to right click inside the video preview window to bring up a menu. When I right click, no menu comes up. Suggestions?

Right-clicking on the Video Preview window should bring up a menu though.

Does the rightclick work under other Windows programs?
