Hello all, I'm writing to ask if anyone knows a cause and workaround for this situation: I am working with a bunch of short ( < 2min) clips that are all mov or mp4 containers filled with h.264 video. They have been shot by "cell phone" and thus are in varying resolutions, frame rates and rotational orientations. After I get about 24 of them on the timeline, appending 1 or more additional to the sequence will cause the previous (upstream) clips or events that required rotation to no longer recognize the video stream (listed in the video properties "general" tab). If I undo adding the additional clips, the video streams are then recognized again and no longer play "black". Has anyone heard of this or something similar? I have edited a fair amount of material on Vegas and have yet to see this issue. However this is the first time that I have edited a cell phone project with more than about 6 rotated clips, so I'm wondering if it has something to do with that criteria. Thanks in advance for any insight.
My setup: Vegas Pro 14, Asus P9x79, Intel i7 3930k, 32GB Corsair DDR3, Radeon R9 290 OC
