VMS Platinum 13.0 - Ignore event grouping?

I recently downloaded Platinum 13.0 because my new computer wouldn't read my old software of Platinum 10.0. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do the simple "ignore event grouping" setting, which was at the very top in 10.0. It's the setting that allows the audio envelope to separate from the video envelope, and I cannot work on a single project without this feature. It's no where to be found in the help section, and the keyboard code used in 10.0 doesn't even work. I feel like it's something really simple, but I can't find it. Anyone have any ideas?

The MS Platinum 13 has two Edit modes, Simple and Advanced. Click Advanced on the Main Toolbar and you'll get the options you need. Ignore Event Grouping is found now under Config on the Editing Toolbar below the timeline. The online Help files still say the KB shortcut should work. It does not, as you noticed.
You'll find other changes in the v 13 user interface. To put it mildly, not all of them are universally well liked.
