VMS17 problem with video colour

I have been on with this problem, I have now had and paid for tech people to check my laptop. all is ok and they tried to get it to work, the yellows are blue and other colours are not correct. I have used the Magix program to check my laptop, I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, still the same, there is a definite problem with this program of which I have paid for. I have not been offered a different latest program that works and so I would not recommend this program since it has been taken over by the new company, the old Sony Movie Studio worked fine under the Sony trade-name. So to sum it up, , I have paid for a faulty program, paid to have a tech IT check my laptop, and yet they want me now to pay for a PC Check and Tune program, will that work or be faulty as well??? This must be the only video maker program that I have tried that can't get the colours right!!

Well\, I am back on 13 and colours are good, guess I wasted a lot of my and your time and I wasted money, should have trialed it first. Thank for your help. 37 years I have been fighting fires both professionally and as a volunteer, the last 11 setting up and working with aircraft of all sorts and sizes and as a volunteer, they chased me for my experience, but this has been a challenge trying to get this to work, thanks again.
