VP17 - No blend mode?

Just got VP17, used to have VP14. Does VP17 not have blend mode/compositing mode? I can't seem to find it anywhere?

You may need to press the hamburger button (three horizontal lines) and Edit Visible Button Set.

Just tried that, everything else is now enabled but compositing mode isn't there for me?
