VP17bug: Double-clicking track motion window's title bar

Double-clicking track motion window's title bar can't make it switch between normal mode and maximal mode but between minimum mode and maximal mode.

@lan-mLMC try unchecking "Use High DPI scaling" if you have that on in Preferences > Display to see if it gets the "mode" you want.

And in future please use the "Upload file" button as advised.

My network make the "Upload file" not function.

Thanks. But I hope vegas team will fix it in "Use High DPI scaling" mode.
