VP20 - Keyframing Issue

A few days ago I purchased the upgrade from Vegas Pro 19 to VP 20.0, and since then have had a lingering issue where I'm unable to slide/move keyframes on applied effects. I will provide a video of me replicating this issue. I'm not sure if it's setting related, or if it's the effect plug-in that's having compatibility issues.

You'll notice at the end when I deselect all but one part of the effect it will then allow the keyframe to be moved. I can't seem to find a cause, but in previous iterations of VP this possible:
