On Sept 29, 2024 I paid you U$D 199 for an upgrade to Vegas Pro, now I'm trying to D/L the software and activate it and all of your websites are down:

magix.com

vegascreativesoftware.com

and of course you cannot register purchased software.

Don't even TRY to pass the blame to me every other website in I visit loads within seconds , from CNN, to BBC, to Google, to DuckDuckgo, or any other website you wish to mention. And you, as a company, don't even have the common courtesy to state that you have a problem! If that is going to be your attitude I'll just file a complaint for fraudulent practices with my credit cards and I can guarantee you I will get my money back.

I find your conduct extremely poor and unprofessional, it's not like you are located in Florida and got hit by a tornado, What? you don't have backup servers or is it because nobody works after 5 pm?

@ArgosDex The website will soon be back up. I had no issues today accessing the site from where i am. Or its already up by the time you read this.... There is no need for such aggression.

Seeing new PM's isn't working. Neither is the website on Magix (VPX/MMS).

I can currently get to the actual forum only with an odd workaround (using a link in a comment notified by "an automated email" from The VEGAS Community team).

Admin reports that there are issues caused by cloud server changes which are worked on. It may take some time to get back to normal.
