On Sept 29, 2024 I paid you U$D 199 for an upgrade to Vegas Pro, now I'm trying to D/L the software and activate it and all of your websites are down:

and of course you cannot register purchased software.
Don't even TRY to pass the blame to me every other website in I visit loads within seconds , from CNN, to BBC, to Google, to DuckDuckgo, or any other website you wish to mention. And you, as a company, don't even have the common courtesy to state that you have a problem! If that is going to be your attitude I'll just file a complaint for fraudulent practices with my credit cards and I can guarantee you I will get my money back.
I find your conduct extremely poor and unprofessional, it's not like you are located in Florida and got hit by a tornado, What? you don't have backup servers or is it because nobody works after 5 pm?
