Weird error with new blue titler after installation on new machine

OP3 wrote on 2/4/2020, 10:40 PM

Anyone ever seen this before? The download / installation manager installed everything (except for the PC Check software) and I loaded up a prior project with some titler stuff on it to find this lovely error. Tried reinstalling titler once and a reboot. Weird.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Only difference is I’m using a project from the same exact version of MS, just a fresh install on a more powerful machine.

Were you able to install and activate the (same) version of NewBlue Titler for use on both computers?

Yes, both PC's have the same version. I figured a reboot after installation might resolve but there's something more to it, so weird!!

For it to say "The plug-in's specified are not installed on this system" is weird. Might try to reinstall from scratch.

({Svfx:com.NewBlue.Titler} - Media Generator) is the plug in specified.

Thanks but no luck. this isn't a really big deal because what I had been using was removed from the project.... however I get another issue with media generators rendering video as a white screen instead of the media I had created.
