In prior versions a plug-in can be toggled on/off which is very useful for tuning multiple items in a chain. Deleting and reapplying is not a good option. What am I missing?
On events, the fx icon defaults to the bottom RH corner of the event. If you go to the view menu and click on 'Event Headers', that will activate the fx and other icons to appear in the top RH corner of the event as per previous VP versions.

I also have the problem of the thread starter and it seems to be related to the selected UI color scheme. There seems to be a bug in VP19, when one of the light UI color schemes is chosen, the toggle buttons are invisible...

This happens when one of the two light UI color schemes are active, while with the two dark ones it works fine for me:
I hope this can be fixed soon, I prefer the light colors, but without the toggle buttons, video FX are hard to use.
@juafromspace this is a known problem and should be fixed in an early update.
