As you can see, the "insides" of the text window is too big for the actual window. This happens with other windows like it.
Anyone know why this happens?

This sort of behaviour happens with some video FX in VP13 when using a 4K display, especially the Color Match FX.
VP14 is supposed to be 4K display friendly. But if you are using a 4K display, are your 4K settings on Windows Display settings (including scale) and video card settings at the appropriate 3860 x 2160 settings?
This is meant as just another avenue to explore.
