Doesn't seem to do anything for me.

Does it help if I say I'm on windows 10?

This sort of behaviour happens with some video FX in VP13 when using a 4K display, especially the Color Match FX.

VP14 is supposed to be 4K display friendly. But if you are using a 4K display, are your 4K settings on Windows Display settings (including scale) and video card settings at the appropriate 3860 x 2160 settings?

This is meant as just another avenue to explore.
