What upgrade path do I need for Velocity envelope?

I have a fairly new copy of Sony Movie Studio 13 Platinum. I realized I need the Velocity envelope feature so I can change speeds of my clips and that it's disabled in my software.

What are my upgrade options? I'm a little confused about all the different versions.

Thanks, Damn, I thought I had purchased what I needed. Very confusing all these different versions and an awkward transition from Sony.
