What version have ”velocity envelope”?

Hi!

I have ”Vegas movie studio platinum 14” and it has most of the tools I need. The only thing I miss is to be able to speed up a clipp more than I can do by using time stretch. I understand that I need some kind of velocity envelope but it is missing in the version I have.
What version do I need to upgrade to if I want that function? I dont find any info on that on the product pages..

regards

Johan

Please see this comment from @Dexcon in a related thread.

If you're willing to consider VEGAS Pro, please check the system requirements and test with the free trial first.

The product pages are here https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/ (or your area's version of that URL). See the Online Shop there for current purchase options and special offers. Note that your VMSP 14 serial number should be valid for upgrade pricing (unless used earlier for upgrading).

Thank you for the reply.
Correct me if I am wrong but in that case I need at least ”Vegas edit”?! None of the ”movie studio” version have that function?!

Correct. It was a Pro version only function.

Also note Vegas Edit (despite, in my opinion, it's misleading name) is a full version of Vegas Pro but without extra add-ons that the dearer Vegas Pro purchase gives you.

And I totally agree about the misleading name.
