When i use bcc title studio the letters appear transparent to me

Hello that such would like help that when I want to use the text plugin, in Vegas Pro 20 i only appear the letters but transparent and when I use the bcc Title Studio or bcc extruded text program also appears transparent or as watermarks, the original color that should appear in the program to render it I have not been able to make it appear

I do not know if a special configuration is required hopefully someone can help me I will appreciate it enough, I comment that the program is licensed, because those who do not have a license have an x appear on the entire screen and I see that simply the letters do not overlap the video
