Where are Filter Packages saved on the machine?

Where are filter packages saved on our machines? I am running Vegas Pro 16 with Windows 10 64bit.

I installed ProDAD Vitascene when I first bought Vegas, but I never realized until now, none of the content was visible in my Vegas. The Hitfilm and Boris effects all installed properly, but Vitascene, and the filter packages, seem to have not got the memo.

I saved my first ever filter packed something very distinct, then searched my computer for the name and it didn't find it. So, I am wondering how in the heck I am going to get these Vitascene filters in to my Vegas. I can't even jury rig it.

My machine has some privacy toggled to be fairly strict, so maybe Vitascene just didn't know where to put the files, or couldn't put the files where they need to go. If I know where to put the files, I can probably just copy and paste them where they need to go.

Oddly, I have a serial for Vitascene, but the installer doesn't give me a place to enter it... Weird stuff.

See if this thread is of any help. (The linked FAQ point is currently 6. And I still have to visit NYC or NJ, maybe rraud's offer expired in 2019 anyway considering the state of things currently.)

The ProDad products I have are in folder C:\Program Files\proDAD - but then they are all stand-alone products, not plugins.
