Where do I file an actual bug report/support ticket?

This overly complex website leaves me cold. Where do I report the fact that Vegas has begun to fail frequently in the last two weeks? Vegas itself has sent several snapshots after terminal errors, but there seems to be no new update to install. There is no clear pattern (yet) for the failures. I'm not doing anything complicate; just mixing video and audio with almost no plug-ins or other effects. When I restart Vegas I can usually perform the same operation again without error.

Where, then do I file a bug report?

Try VEGAS Support Technical problems / Errors

"Click the product you are using from the choices provided.
A list of answers for different issues will appear. 
If none of those address the issue click SEARCH FOR OTHER SOLUTIONS.
Type the issue you are experiencing into the search bar provided. 
Click FIND A SOLUTION.
Click SEND A SUPPORT REQUEST.
Log into your support account.
Type the description of the issue. 
Click CONTINUE.
Fill in the information requested on the next page and click SUBMIT SUPPORT REQUEST.

Where do I send error reports? The program tells me where the report is zipped and tells me to send it to Magix international but doesn't give an email address. Sending it to Support@magix.com fails to send. Please up your customer support game Magix.
