Where do I get Trial registration code for Vegas Pro

Hi, I am puzzled as to where I should find the registration code for my trial of Vegas Pro. I did this:
- I launched the software
- clicked on yellow button - Start Trial Version
- then was prompted to register, so clicked Register Now button
- was taken to a website where I created an account
- received a welcome email from Magix and also an email that I successfully registered Vegas Pro 15
- and this is where I am stuck as neither the email, nor my account have any codes i could use to run the trial

Any help is greatly appreciated. thank you

You need to contact Customer Support and explain your issue (as above). It's likely that due to a technical error, no registration code was created for your free / trial version.

Reporting back that all it takes is registering as a new or existing user again via the software and you will get a new email with registration code. thanks

It happened to me identically.

I only found the TRIAL Number registration by canceling or closing the desktop application.

Again I opened it, continued the process, redirected me back to the site: MAGIX (I had already registered) and logged in.

This time I got a third e-mail with the following subject: Your product registration at www.magix.com.

I had my default browser set to Brave. Setting my default browser to Chrome, the application launched a web page when clicking "Start Trial Version" which never launched with Brave. So trying a different default browser is another thing to try.

I had the same issue with default browser ! I had Chrome as my default browser so I changed it to MS Edge and it started to work ! :)

Can someone please explain exactly what that means? How do you "register as a new or existing user again via the software"? I'm adding an item (#39) to the FAQs post and trying to make it precise and complete. I'm pretty sure it isn't yet.
