Why can not I get the code if I put my email?

I just need one step to install my sony vegas studio pro 13 and asks me to put my mail where I will get a code and that code will complete the installation but I put my mail and I can not arrives the code . bad service?

Second similar problem today so perhaps Magix's email server is down. Look at the thread below "How long to get your email after purchasing?" to see if it helps.

Just for the record, is this a brand new purchase of which program? AFAIK Magix do not sell any Sony Movie Studio 13 or Sony Vegas Pro 13. In general, you are supposed to get your code(s) in the package that you purchase / in the confirmation email of your download purchase.
