We are getting OT here. Has there been a patch issued for VP14, and if so, how did you get it?

Previously, we could go into our Support account and download and install the latest patch. Now they are no longer there and all can be done through the program. Obviously, there is still some catching up to do for Vegas.

Vegas Pro 18 Edit, Vegas Movie Studio 16 Platinum, Magix Video Pro X16, Magix Movie Studio Platinum 2024, Xara Designer Pro X19, Samplitude Pro X8 Suite, Music Maker 2025 Premium, SF Audio Cleaning Lab 4, Sound Forge Pro 16 and more.

Yes, it is, but I was referring to other Magix programs. I noticed that the other older Magix programs which do not have an automatic update notification, still have the patches available in the Support account under Customer Area, Downloads. What does the support account look like for Magix Vegas users? The same?

Here is what mine looks like. There used to be many more, but they have disappeared from the list. I can update them from the program.

Vegas Pro 18 Edit, Vegas Movie Studio 16 Platinum, Magix Video Pro X16, Magix Movie Studio Platinum 2024, Xara Designer Pro X19, Samplitude Pro X8 Suite, Music Maker 2025 Premium, SF Audio Cleaning Lab 4, Sound Forge Pro 16 and more.

It looks the same, but without Vegas entries

Nick, on your account, click on upper right corner

Start from https://support2.magix.com/customer/en

Ah, thanks. 👍

What does the support account look like for Magix Vegas users?

Mine looks like this...

...even though I have 16 products registered and 5 of them are available to download at https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/
