Will Hard Drive Change Deactivate My OEM Version

Hey all, have the OEM version of Studio 12 Platinum. Question is, as stated in the title, will changing my hard drive deactivate my software? If so is there anything I can do apart from buying another copy of Studio 12?

It includes a mention of Live Chat, which many users seem to have found helpful.
