Hi, my son has Vegas pro editing 15 and 16; I had to refresh his computer and reinstall them. They download okay, but when I try to install, it stops. I click continue and maybe it installs for a second, then stops. This is an HP desktop running windows 10. I can install them fine on my desktop but not his. I'm not that smart about computers - he is, but he is non-verbal autistic. And he really wants his editing programs to work. Thank you
