Hi,
Movie Studio HD Platinum 10
Windows 10
UK (PAL)
Imported files from Canon EOS M
1920x1080
Field Order: None (Progressive)
Pixel Aspect 1.0000 (Square)
Frame Rate: 23.976 (IVTC Film)
I'm trying to render out with MP4, These are my main settings:
Video Format: AVC
High Def: 1280x720 (I'm reducing down from 1080 to save space, but I have similar issues with render at 1080 too)
Allow Source to adjust frame size (not ticked)
Profile: Baseline
Entropy coding: CAVLC
Frame rate: 23.976
Allow source to adjust frame rate (not ticked)
Field order: None (Progressive)
Pixel Aspect ratio: 1.0000
Bit rate: 10,000,000
When I render with these settings and playback I find that the video is stretched horizontally to 1706x720? When I check the properties is Windows, it says correctly 1280x720.
I thought maybe the pixel aspect was out, so I changed this to 1.333 this fixed the aspect, but added vertical bars down the sides in addition to the 16:9.
Essentially It's never 16:9, but always wider unless I render with .mpg.
I also tried Main Concept mp4 but that had the same issues.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Jay.
