Hola, buen día.

Tengo una duda o un problema, yo tenia la version de Sony Vegas Post 19, y la actualice a la 21 Suite, pero no puedo descargar los vídeos de vegas content, me pudieran apoyar el por qué no puedo descargar esos vídeos, por favor?

Me muestra este mensaje dentro de Vegas Content: You don't have a valid subscription. A valid subscription is required to download and use the stock content.

Debe utilizar la opción de suscripción inteligente VEGAS Post 365 para obtener funciones de suscripción en línea como contenido de VEGAS, almacenamiento y colaboración en línea de VEGAS Hub, voz a texto y texto a voz. Puede comunicarse con Magix para solicitar el reembolso de la compra de su licencia perpetua para poder cambiar al plan de suscripción inteligente. Lo bueno del plan de suscripción inteligente es que si deja de pagar para suscribirse, podrá seguir usando su software, simplemente perderá las funciones solo en línea mencionadas anteriormente y la capacidad de actualizar a nuevas versiones sin volver a suscribirse. A diferencia de Adobe, el software es realmente suyo.

I believe you need to be called out for deceptive practices. I was lured into Pro 21 with the added feature of "text to speech" tools. Now, after the purchase, in attempting to use that feature and jumping through several hoops to get there, I discover that it's an additional $24.99/month to use the feature. For shame! I expected more integrity.

@katy-r I don't see how you can come to this conclusion. If you scroll down to purchase Vegas, you will see this before you get to choose what version. So where is the deception? There is none. Maybe you overlooked this.

No. You chose the perpetual option instead of the subscription. As shown by @Reyfox, the "text to speech" features only come with a subscription. With a subscription, you get everything that comes with the perpetual option plus the additional features mentioned for the subscription. You do not pay for both.

Try contacting Magix and ask for a refund so that you can get the subscription.
