YouTube sign in problems

I recently switched my YouTube username. When I tried to upload a video from Movie Studio HD Platinum 11, it told me the server didn't know my user name. So I went into YouTube and switched my username back to what it was before. It still wasn't knowing it. So I restarted my laptop and tried again. Nothing. So next I tried changing my password and you know what it said. I'm not sure what to do. If anyone knows someone who knows anything about this, or can offer a tip, please refer me to them.

Can you upload to Youtube from their upload page?
They are constantly changing their API's, so there is no way Vegas can keep up with it.
It's wise not to post your private email on a public forum, not unless you enjoy reading continual spam from 'Adriana' and all her friends . . .

Youtube changes their API's all the time. No way Sony could keep up with that, so try it in the next Vegas update. TBH, I've never used Vegas to sign into Youtube.

have you tried your Google account (if any) email address instead of the user name?
