Zoom in/out with mouse wheel

I use Win7 Home Premium – SP1 + VMS HD Platinum 11.0 – 322. Zoom in/out with the mouse wheel does not work. It worked well on Win XP. Is there any solution? Thanks

Do you have any mouse manufacturer specific software on your desktop area (or just in your computer somewhere) that lets you select something like "Enable pre defined application-specific button settings"?

I changed the mouse drivers on my MS mouse and it works well. Thanks
