Accessing VEGAS support and...

Can someone please explain how VEGAS support works now. Is it still run by Magix? I noticed on the Magix site that VEGAS is no longer listed as a product. VEGAS seems to have a different service center. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get through to support? The service center page shows:

Except that I haven't touched the cookie settings and I've tried with three different browsers. My Vegas Pro 22 Build 194 can't access downloads from the hub. I can't reinstall Vegas as I'm seeing errors relating to Microsoft runtime and the installation hangs. I can't access support. Not a good start to the year. Positive suggestions welcome. Thanks.

The basic procedure is the same but unfortunately the linked Support article is for MAGIX Support and MAGIX products. As @WHE supposes and @set explains , you'll find the VEGAS Support service center differently.

The VEGAS Support team's advice on the forum is here: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/contacting-vegas-support--137601/

Btw, does the OP see his VEGAS software on his MAGIX / VEGAS account here: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/service-center/ > My products ?

Thanks for the reply. That seems to lead me back to the Magix service center. When I enter my details I get the error message described here. Looks like I'll have to try contacting infoservice@magix.net again.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't read it before making mine above. I have seen my products listed in the past but at the moment I can't access either service center.. I've sent another email to infoservice@magix.net.

Having the same problem. Moved from monthly subscription to the Edu one off in December, was asked to send student evidence and never heard anything again. They are still charging for the monthly subscription, they won’t reply to any messages and they never activated my new license even though they took payment in DECEMBER. I am so fed up. Thinking about reporting for fraud, this is ridiculous.
