Always Crashing During Editing

I have a SCREAMING hot PC... designed for editing... but 17 crashes at least 5 times during each video edit. However I can not figure out how to submit crash reports. Thanks

No still really doesn't help.

MS17 simply freezes... when I click the screen everything turns white.... keep clicking the "X" and everything shutsdown... no way to send anything. Just wondering if an error report is generated somewhere. This happens 2-3 times on every video edited.
