Can't find "add ons" that came with Suite

This is crazy embarrassing to ask, but I can't find the answer online anywhere. I recently upgraded from Vegas Pro 15 Edit to Vegas Pro 16.0 Suite (build 261). As you know, Suite is the most expensive option, but comes with the most tools (Edit is the cheapest). That being said, if you replaced 15 Edit with 16 Suite on my PC without telling me, I wouldn't have noticed any difference. Where's all the added software that i supposed to come with Suite? This purchase added Vitascene 3.0, DVD Architect, and Music Maker to my desktop, but that's it. This is embarrassing, but I don't even know how stand alone software and plugins work with Vegas Pro. For example Ignite Pro was supposed to come with 16 Suite, but I can't find it anywhere. Is it supposed to be a stand alone program or is it an effect "hidden" or option in Vegas Pro 16? I have no education and am very new to this so I'm extremely sorry for asking such a stupid question, but any help would be appreciated more than I can put into words.

I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 and here is a list of the comparison of the different tiers and what I'm looking for.

The Ignite and Boris software are plug-ins. They (lots and lots of different ones) should just be on your fx list inside Vegas.

Not surprisingly, you need to install them before they show up. Please read the section on Vegas Pro 16 in Nick's FAQ item 5. Direct Links.
