Try reset your VMSpt 17 (hold ctrl+shift while starting the application)

Yeah all that does is open the program as normal. Holding and double clicking, continuing to hold, repeatedly pressing, they do literally nothing. I literally just uninstalled, restarted computer, reinstalled, restarted computer (cause you never know) and the problem still persists. All my settings were at the default, literally nothing has changed, but on a previous pc where I was allowed to use MP3's, now I suddenly can't.

@christopher-s Do you not get the option to clear the cache on resetting? That is important.

Nope, it fires up the program as normal, as though I wasn't even holding anything

UPDATE: Restarted computer a thrid time.
Now it suddenly works.
