Capture Video from a video camera

With Pro 9 I can capture DV video from my Sony Hi8 DV camera. Is this feature still supported in the latest versions of Vegas Studio ? I don't need machine control, just capture DV via 1394/firewire.

Yess, you can stil import from a DV cam, but didn't you try first that program before buying?

No actually, I didn't. I had downloaded the installation program which is around 5.5 mb and never did the installation since I was looking for a full installation file. That is good news on the capture.

That file you must execute, after that you have to decide if you want only the full program or also some extra's. After you made your choice the program starts downloading and installing after the download. The file is saved in your Documents in a new made Magix location.
