Installation using full install file

Recently I purchased Vegas Movie Studio online and thought (according to a support chat person) that the download would be a full installer. Well it wasn't. I need a way to get a full installer so I can move it to another normally offline computer. Once there, I can activate it and go offline again.

Enter your serial number. Proceed and you should be able to download "Installation program" (Download manager) and "Instructions" (Manual) for your "Recognised product".

From the FAQ: "The "download managers" are small (typically approx. 4MB). When run, they will fetch a much larger (e.g. 400-450MB), main installer for the current release, along with other bundled plugins and apps".

The VEGAS Movie Studio 16 Suite download manager can [currently] download & install:

This will probably the small installer which requires internet to download the rest of the software right?
