Codigo de error -24

The last 3 days I have been trying to enter to my acound of movie studio 15.0 in new pc and I get the same thing all the time: error code -24. I tryied to contact to the technical support but I couldn't do it.

Please help.

Los últimos tres días he estado intentando entrar en mi cuenta de movie studio 15.0 en un nuevo pc y siempre he conseguido lo mismo: código de error -24. He intentado contactar con el servicio técnico pero no lo he conseguido.

No, I bought my version in the official store. I have done all the things he said, and yet he doesn't let me and he keeps telling me to contact them. Also if I enter that link it tells me that it does not exist.

The e-mail address Is correctly and the ip too. I don't have more ideas to tryed.
