ComputerID ans activation

Hello, I am a Vegas Edit 365 subscriber.
I formatted my PC and when I want to reinstall vegas pro, I get a message telling me that the software is installed on too many computers. Off, vegas pro is installed nowhere.

I am asked to generate an activation code but it does not work.

I type in my serial number, and there's the product that pops up (Vegas Edit 365). Then I type my computerID (00XXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXX52), but I have an error message (error occurring during activation, activation failed, try again avoided)

What to do ? I tried to contact Vegas Pro support but couldn't find it. They don't have a chat to answer right away? How to do ? the only assistance that I find, it brings us from page to page avzc solutions that have nothing to do with your problem.

Ok thank you.

Can you tell me where to find the computerID* requested by vegas Edit? maybe I have the wrong number...

Problem solved, I had to deactivate the previous recording. The message from the Vegas Edit software to fill in the computerID is wrong and wrong.

Indeed and the VEGAS 365 subscription can be used only on 1 device at a time.

"To deactivate a device, so you can activate a different one, visit your MAGIX account > My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate. This option can be used only once a month.

In VEGAS Pro 14.0 or later, you can also choose Deactivate the Software on this PC from the Help menu This option can be used as often as you wish. An internet connection is required."
